- Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.

- Time Frame: You must request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your delivery.
- Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- Proof: Please provide the original invoice and photos of the product for any defect claims.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
